From the smallest single strand wire to the complex cable harness for the various applications. Among other things, cable assembly is part of our daily business. We represent a high level of competence in the product development and manufacture of complex cabling systems for a wide range of market segments such as building automation, security locking technology and the automotive industry.

Soft & hardware development

Today, the requirements for software and hardware are highly individual. For the simple reason that it is employed at much more central points along the value chain of companies to compromise with standardised solutions. In addition to the individual customisation of software, the interlinking of hardware is playing an increasingly important role.

How can solution A be linked with tool B and the API of service provider C without making operation cumbersome or impossible? The issue of how a company's own service can be linked to multipliers and major partners via an interface and remain attractive and usable for their customers also sometimes plays a central role in the company's success. Assembly of components

In our assembly department, we process the individual parts we manufacture into complete sub-assemblies, either partially or completely assembled as required. Based on assembly plans and instructions, we carry out assembly work precisely and to the highest quality. A continuous dialogue with our customers allows us to always respond flexibly to possible development corrections or delivery bottlenecks.

We assemble and install individual components in various sectors, such as electronics, building services, ultrasonic sensors, locking systems and the entire automotive industry, including functional and final tests.

To minimise sources of error by almost 100 %, we place the utmost importance on the complete, backward traceability of all parts, largely manufactured and assembled by us, and of the individual assembly steps carried out by different employees.

SMD-mounting

SMD = Surface-mount device is a technical term from electronics. In contrast to through-hole components, the "wired components", the SMD components do not have any wire connections, rather they are soldered directly onto a printed circuit board with solderable connection surfaces.

We have been working with highly qualified partners for many years to supply our customers with complete SMD assemblies
